  • Premium Online Coaching:
    Lifestyle Training & Nutrition or Body Building

    Premium online coaching is an entirely customised experience where you work 1:1 with either Jake or Grace. Nothing about this space is cookie cutter!

    While everyone’s programming and support looks a little bit different, the basis of offer includes:

    • An entirely custom nutrition and training plan, accessible through the MYP Coaching App

    • 1:1 support from your assigned coach with the ability to send messages, voice memos and videos, or schedule live calls

    • Form reviews of your strength training to ensure you are safely progressing lifts and gaining the most out of your training (this is where most clients level up significantly!)

    • Weekly check-in responses via Loom video to progress you to towards your goals

    • Phase planning to map out your 26 week period and beyond

    • Review of blood work, physio reports or other documentation to ensure training and supplement usage is appropriate

    • Habit, routine, nutrition/training skills, and mindset support

  • We work with those who are ready to be challenged to surpass their old limits and who are willing to make the necessary changes to improve.

    You are the right fit if… in order to grow, you are willing to:

    • Step outside of your comfort zone and engage in the process

    • Show up with a hunger to be better,

    • Have a growth mindset (no matter how experienced you are),

    • Check-in weekly and communicate the good, bad and ugly, and

    ON THE CALL:

    If you are a YES LET’S GO, you will be asked to fill in the T&Cs document and complete the payment subscription link.

    FIRST 7 — 10 DAYS POST CALL:

    Your soft start period formally commences and you will be given access to the MYP Community Hub, direct messaging with your coach, and the MYP Coaching App (with guides to step you through completing your initial check-in).

    Once inside the App, you will have access to the macro, daily habit tracking and weekly check-in functions. In the first 7-10 days while your coach is working on your perfect customised plan, they are seeking to observe your current nutrition, training and lifestyle habits so they can set you up for success.

    DAYS 11 — 14:

    Your customised training and nutrition plans become available through the App, and you receive a video walking you through the details so you are ready to dive in.

    This is also the time for questions and revisions to the plan.

    DAYS 15 — 30:

    The fun really starts here. This is where you jump into following your nutrition and training plans, and your coach is able to start building the skills or habits required to be successful.

    Your weekly check-ins continue, form reviews kick in, and support is on hand. Once we get you rolling this is where RINSE and REPEAT come in. The basics applied consistently are what get you real results that last, and your coach is always there to keep you accountable and growing from the experience.
