    1. Ensure you complete a minimum of 7 days of food logs in the APP (or submit screenshots from MyFitnessPal to your coach through WhatsApp) - unless discussed otherwise.

    2. Complete your daily habit check-ins - check the App Guide if unsure.

    3. Send through a video of you performing the top set of all exercises this week through WhatsApp.

    4. If applicable, email through all recent bloodwork, physio records or other documents to hello@mypcoaching.com.au

  • You will be prompted to start checking in weekly. This is an ESSENTIAL part of the coaching process.
