I take a raw and honest approach to coaching, built on over 15 years of training experience. From a skinny kid to an IFBB national-level competitor with the goal to be Pro. That experience has taught me first-hand the value of having the right guidance, mapping out goals with clarity, and understanding that success comes from working both smart and hard, not just one or the other.
As a coach, my focus is on cutting through the noise and helping people get sustainable results through education and guidance. The knowledge I’ve gained through working with lifestyle bodybuilders, competitors and everyday gym-goers who want long-term results has given me the tools to tackle whatever you throw my way, & to guide you towards your goals with a plan that actually works.
Building habits and skills to surpass your old limits.
As someone who has been training in the gym for over a decade, I want to feel and look my best now and for years to come. My personal goals focus on training for strength and muscle gain to promote longevity, rather than just chasing the perfect summer or stage body. Before being a Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer, I was a Learning Designer and a Teacher. I have a passion for empowering others with knowledge, and I’m here to help you reach your goals.
As a coach, I believe in the importance of stacking habits in a way that is achievable for you. Together, we work not only on your food and training knowledge but also on overcoming barriers and building a confident identity. In the process, we transform not only your body but also your mindset.
SPECIALISATIONS
Jacob specialises in fat-loss transformations, hormone optimisation, lifestyle bodybuilding, couples coaching, and competition preps.
Grace specialises in body composition, muscle development, mindset, routines, habits, functional mobility, couples coaching, and overcoming plateaus.
